So normally my crush of the week is a man but this week I had to pick our new sexy President AND his gorgeous wife/First Lady. They are such a beautiful couple and with their daughters they have a gorgeous family. I love that you can see their love for each other just in the way they look at one another!
Since it seems like everyone else is blogging about the election, I’m doing it too! Yes, I am excited about this election, I beleive (as so many of us do!) that this is the single most important election many of us have ever and will ever experience. I have to admit that this is the third election that I have been able to vote in yet this is the first time I have really gotten into the whole process and this will be my first time voting. Here in Florida early voting started this week and as much as I want to take the “easy way out” and vote early I have decided that I will wait until the morning of November 4th to vote. I want to enjoy the full voting experience, waiting in the long lines with all of the other people that will be there with me, I want to proudly wear my “I Voted” sticker all day long and most of all I want to sit around the tv with my family as we watch a historic election unfold before our eyes. I am proud to say that I will be voting this election, not just for me and my generation but for my parents, my grand parents, and most importantly for my son and his generation. It’s time for change…so no matter who you will vote for in this election just make sure you get out and VOTE! And just in case you were wondering where my vote will be on November 4th…
